With food being a basic need, ABWA has taken upon herself to feed children through Caso Upendo Feeding Program. Through this program, over 430 children receive food from ABWA ensuring the families of over the 430 children get something to eat
Idleness in our society has led our Youths to engage in crime, drugs, prostitution and drugs. ABWA saw the gap in the lack of alternative means to earn for the youth and introduced computer literacy classes for those who were interested. The goal is to provide avenues by which the youth can acquire skills and required computer knowledge to engage in business that are legitimate and that puts money in their pockets.
Most remote areas in Kenya are still in the dark. Electricity and solar panels to provide light are still not readily available and where available, the cost is high for the locals. With the partnership of Energy Kit For All-EKFA, families in the remote areas are able to access electricity for their domestic use. Amazingly, children are now able to do their homework under light provided by EKFA.
